Tinkamas Puppies
Here at Tinkamas we take quality over quantity very seriously. We don’t breed often but when we do we strive to do it well.
We raise our babies with the puppy culture method, allowing for lots of early neurological growth and making calmer, happier and easier to live with companions.
Our babies parents are fully health tested with stellar temperaments, we do not include fearful, reactive, aggressive or quarrelsome dogs in our program.
All of our puppies go home fully vet checked, microchipped and vaccinated with their eyes cleared by a specialist ophthalmologist.
They are crate trained from 5 weeks old and we aim to have them mostly toilet trained by 8 weeks.
We work on manners that carry through life, like respect of boundaries (walking through gates, doors etc) and manners with food.
We teach pups to wait before we feed them to not only build food drive but a respectful puppy who won’t hoover up anything dropped.
Mouthing and biting inhibition is also an important part of our early socialisation program as many of our puppies go on to live with children.
Our pups are raised on a mix of premium Australian made dry food as well as balanced raw.
They are introduced to many proteins and textures to avoid food pickiness as they age as well as giving them perfect nutrition for healthy growth.
